Nixor’s Turnover up to $ 2 M in 2009

The company specialized in consulting and software development expects to grow another 12 percent this year.


Buenos Aires, January 28, 2010. Nixor, an Argentine company providing custom software development and IT consulting services, announces a turnover of USD 2 million for 2009.

In 2009, the company focused on the development of projects using Java, J2EE, .Net, SOA technologies. Additionally, new expert professionals joined its staff and training was conducted, with an investment of approximately $ 120,000. The organizational expansion included new offices in the Núñez District, which has doubled the Company's available surface area.

During last year, Nixor developed major projects for: Sociedad Rural Argentina, Citi, Televisión Federal SA, Conexia, Telefónica de Argentina, and Pall Technologies, among others.

Among the activities and achievements in 2009, a special note should be made of Nixor's active work regarding the WSIT and Forms2Java initiatives, which will continue to be developed in 2010 with the purpose of achieving the interoperability of different business systems and applications for data and information exchange.

On the other hand, Miguel Suárez, Nixor’s Managing Partner, was appointed Secretary of the Software & IT Services Chamber of Commerce (CESSI) as from November 1st, 2007, which position he will hold until October 31, 2010.
